THE BET HIP HOP AWARDS 08!

The BET Networks has announced the nominees for the Third Annual BET Hip Hop Awards. The award show which is hosted by comedian Katt Williams, will be taking place at the Boisfeuillet Jones Atlanta Civic Center on Saturday, October 18th.











I AM HIP HOP!

Lil Wayne the talk of the summer, leads this year awards with 12 nominations. Kanye West a.k.a Mr. West came in second with 7 nominations. With 6 nominations Ye's big brother Jay-Z comes in 3rd. Russell Simmons an individual who during his career has made exceptional contributions to the hip hop community, will be honored with the "I Am Hip Hop" Icon Award. KOCH Records announced that I-20 is about to release his album ""Disturbing Tha Peace Presents I-20: Blood In The Water." The album features Ludacris, Playaz Circle, Lil Keke and many more. " Blood In The Water is set to hit the streets October 14th.





Its still Dipset!

Juelz Santana recently did a interview with allhiphop.com to let the cat out of the bag about whats really going down between Camron & himself. He said, "I vowed not to say nothing bad about Cam cause I felt like he did al lot for me," he said. "But as far as him selling me, that sh*t just sound stupid. I'm the biggest artist in New York City right now, ain't came out with an album in three years. He would never sell me. It was bad business, and I had to get out my contract. It's so crazy to me that he's still trying to make himself look good."

"It's obvious what's going on," he added. "You see everybody that's a part of the movement still together but him."

Juelz said he respected Cam as capo. He then said, "It's a line between loyalty and stupidity man, bottom line," he said. "And it's gotta eb drawn sometimes. So as far as the fans, I hope they understand, that's the realest quote I could give them."



Nate Dogg Suffers Second Stroke

Sources have told Go Hard Magazine the West Coast rapper Nathaniel Hale a.k.a. Nate Dogg has suffered a second stroke. Nate Dogg had his first stroke back in December of last year were he was left partially paralyzed on the left side of his body. Reports say the rapper is in serious condition.
